Bert is a beautiful 2-year-old Cocker Spaniel. He can become overwhelmed quite easily, which is why he cannot live with children. Bert needs an owner who can give him the love and attention he requires. He does have a seasonal skin allergy that responds to treatment. Bert loves other dogs, enjoys playing with them, and being in their company.
