Gizmo

Gizmo is a handsome boy who is bursting with personality. He absolutely adores his people and lights up with excitement whenever he gets attention. Gizmo enjoys his walks and is a pleasure to walk on the lead. He has been introduced to other dogs at the rescue and did well, though he can be quite boisterous in his play. Gizmo would be happiest either as an only dog or with a confident canine companion who can match and tolerate his boisterous playful style. Gizmo would benefit from an experienced owner who can provide clear boundaries and consistency. He can be mouthy when excited, something we are actively working on, which is due to his excitement. Sadly, Gizmo has been with us far too long and finds kennel life very stressful, to the point where the stress has caused him to collapse. What Gizmo needs now is a calm, consistent home filled with patience, understanding, and love, where he can finally relax.
